Our reports are easy to read and comprehend, as we don’t deal with pre-printed forms full of boxes and ticks. Our reports are written unique to the property, clear, direct to the point and avoid clumsy endless pages of generic typing. Our aim is to say the report as it is.
When constructing a report we take all aspects of the property into consideration ie: the age and market value of the property.
